Transformers G1 fan art.
G1 Blades with his Photon Pistol, Twin Rocket Launchers and 1 his Rotor blades.
Comments
My aim was to draw Blades in a perspective where it would match his appearance and personality. Such as how he transforms into a helicopter which meant give him a birds eye view pose and I like drawing Blades from that view because of his character design. I drew his twin rocket launchers attached to his legs from the toy version the reason why was I preferred to give it a try to see how it looks and I like it. My favourite part was drawing Blades holding 1 of his rotor blades but as a sword because normally it wouldn't be sharp so I have the idea of him enabling him to mass shapeshift it into a sword type weapon in order to show why his name is Blades.

Mmmmm...bad boys...with a heart of gold...are awesome...within reason (but that's relative from person to person) XD I really love LOVE the sword idea and the sword itself! (I think that I have seen Springer use one of his rotors as a sword once, so it works here as well) The composition, details pose, accuracy and coloring are spot on!!
(I have this random speculation that if he were human, he would have argyria, which would make him go through alot of bullying as a kid, and hence the need to stand up for himself and be awesome at martial arts, specifically with any type of blades XD I can't help but also notice that his coloration is similar to Air Raid's, they both are action-oriented warriors, fun loving and seem like the type to not be afraid to live life by trial and error...Aries much? I say so!)
